Leading projects and teams is important in private/real life too. Let me share an example that might not make me popular, but I consider it important: Our kids bake and cook for us every day. On Sundays, they plan the whole week, write down what they'll cook each day, and also plan how much money they'll need for it. They present it, and if we agree, they go shopping during the week, buy groceries, and then prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They study in two countries in parallel, clean, do laundry, and wash dishes. They are 12 and 7 years old. But most importantly, they are HAPPY. They feel they have an important role in the family and contribute every day. They earn points, and when they redeem them, they ask for things like a digital microscope, a guitar, and similar items in exchange for their points. We are so proud <3
